We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Position Highlights: Flexible Schedule: Full-time is 29 clinical hours/week Work Hours: One day per week until 6 PM; all other days end earlier No call and no weekends—ever Hybrid Model: Ideal candidate would work one day/week in each office, with the remainder remote Appointment Lengths: 45-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups Collaborative team of primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nutritionists Robust administrative support – staff assist with prior authorizations and forms Integrated care model with psychiatric, PCP, and wellness support Compensation & Benefits: $130,000 - $165,000 DOE plus benefits package Requirements: Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience Experience with or interest in adult and adolescent psychiatry Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Eligible for Massachusetts licensure Why Join Us?
