Specialty Anesthesia State MI Location 200 Jefferson St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI Requirements Grand Rapids Hospital is looking to add 2-3 CRNAs to their provider pool to provide ongoing coverage starting ASAP! 8 or 10 hour shifts. 7a-330p or 530pM-F30 minute unpaid lunch included in shiftSchedule: Minimal/sporadic coverage needed from now - Nov 2025 but will have more dates available starting Dec 2025 - ongoing due to maternity leaves. We have 6 maternity leaves and one 6 week LOA for surgery. Facility is needing 2-3 CRNAs to provide full time coverage starting Dec 2025 - March 2026. Hospital-basedEMR: EpicWill CRNA be supervised or work independently? Medical direction care team modelAverage number of surgical cases per day: 80-100Trauma level 23 minor procedure rooms6 endo suites20 ORsAll ages: healthy peds mix of all demographics. Must be comfortable with pedsCases include Ortho GI Vascular GYN Neuro ortho trauma acute trauma ENT healthy peds and robotics. Large variety of general and complex cases.
