Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice in Seattle, WA

We are seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative care team in Seattle, WA. Deliver whole-person care in 30- to 60-minute appointments, supported by a health coach and care team, focusing on high engagement, managed care, and culture transformation to reduce costly service utilization and improve overall health outcomes. Position Highlights: See 10-15 patients daily in longer, meaningful appointments. Collaborative, team-based approach with health coaching support.
