The Role:
We seek an experienced cook to collaborate with a motivated kitchen team in our Healthcare Foodservice division. As a cook with Cura Hospitality, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, crafting delicious meals that make a difference. Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce food following recipes and safe food handling policies.
- Ensure proper portion and temperature control, and carefully store leftover food.
- Transport food products according to schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-haves:
- Strong understanding of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
- Proficiency with various kitchen equipment and tools.
- High-level knowledge of food products with a focus on customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A valid state driver's license for transportation.
- At least one year of experience in a high-volume kitchen emphasizing scratch cooking.
Nice-to-haves:
- Food Handler's certification.
Compensation: Pay starts at $18.00 per hour.
