Hazen and Sawyer is seeking senior-level engineers for our South Florida Offices for a variety of water-related assignments in various engineering disciplines (e.g., Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Structural, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
n- n
- Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments on projects n
- Execute and oversee the planning, evaluation, design and support of projects through construction and operation n
- Coordination with internal technical specialists in all practice areas and discipline design professionals for project delivery n
- Following internal Hazen processes to ensure quality delivery of engineering projects for clients n
- Other responsibilities may include:n
- n
- Managing projects to meet client expectations, budgets, and quality requirements n
- Evaluate progress of the project staff and results obtained and recommend changes to achieve overall project objectives n
- Supervising staff and managing projects n
- Supporting and leading proposal development n
- Direct coordination and collaboration with clients n

Required Qualifications:
n- n
- PE license (FL or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment) n
- 10+ years of experience in the field of water related infrastructure (including project management) n
- Experience in successfully delivering projects spanning multiple years in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams n
- Experience in planning, design, and construction for water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or reuse infrastructure n
- Proficiency in all MS Office based computer software n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies n
- Self-starter with attention to detail n
- Strong organizational skills n
- Must be capable of presenting complex issues to nontechnical people n
- B.S. degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering n
Qualifications :
n- n
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited U.S. program (other engineering degrees considered case by case) n
- Proficiency in GIS, CAD/BIM, BioWin, PowerBI, and other software n
