About the Role We're looking for a strategic, high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive GoNoodle's growth in the healthcare sector. In this role, you'll lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and winning new healthcare partners who share our mission of improving the well-being of kids and families. This is a pure hunter role-perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships from the ground up and closing complex deals that make an impact.
What You'll Do
  • Own New Business Development: Leverage market insights to identify and pursue high-value healthcare organizations that align with GoNoodle's mission. Use our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Prospecting strategies-powered by our proprietary GoNoodle Dossier-to create hyper-personalized outreach.
  • Drive the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing, you'll lead every step of the process with clarity, confidence, and consultative selling. You'll craft compelling proposals that demonstrate how GoNoodle helps healthcare partners drive real outcomes in community health.
  • Build Trusted Partnerships: Engage senior decision-makers and influencers across healthcare organizations, earning trust through strategic insights and exceptional service. Your goal isn't just to close the deal-it's to lay the foundation for long-term, meaningful partnerships.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and partner success teams to deliver a seamless, impactful experience for our partners.
  • Measure What Matters: Track your activity, pipeline, and performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs. Use data to refine your approach and consistently exceed your targets.
What You Bring
  • 5-8+ years of experience in strategic sales or business development, with strong preference for experience in healthcare, health systems, or health-focused brands.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing Fortune 1000 accounts or similar.
  • Mastery of the sales process-from first outreach to final signature-with experience using CRM tools, analytics, and sales tech stacks to drive results.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with senior executives and translate GoNoodle's value to their strategic priorities.
  • Deep curiosity, resilience, and a self-starter mindset. You thrive in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
  • A personal passion for improving children's well-being-and the ability to inspire others to join that mission.
