For this purpose, we seek a Lead Enterprise Account Executive who will be primarily
responsible for Lead Generation and guiding the prospective customer through all the subsequent phases of the sales process including closure.
Overview of the Role
The Enterprise Senior Account Executive at AVIZVA, will be responsible for prospecting & generating new business leads, finding and developing industry strategic relationships and working closely with AVIZVA Executive Leadership to contribute to the overall growth strategy. The person will play an active role in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, qualification, presentation & demonstrations, proposal generation, contracting and closure .
The primary focus of this role will be to identify new prospects in the market through lead generation activities & events, cold outreach and networking. Further, the person will work with respective teams to initiate introductory meetings, conduct pre-sales activities & drive sales closure. This position will require a strong understanding of AVIZVA's product offering & engineering services. Other than lead generation, this person takes on a full cycle sales role by guiding the prospective customer through all phases of the sales process.
Job Responsibilities
Learn : Technology & Value Proposition
  • Develop strong Industry & Business Acumen, in the healthcare insurance space
  • Build a thorough understanding & working knowledge of professional services & products offered by AVIZVA
  • Utilize your knowledge to pitch relevant solutions and high-value propositions that go beyond just technology.
Own : Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Generate and qualify new business leads from scratch through strategic cold outreach
  • Build a lead sourcing strategy by employing multiple channels, including outbound prospecting, referrals, social networking, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to execute the lead generation activities & events
  • Coordinate, present, showcase, network at industry events and conferences
  • Seek strategic relationships that enable cross selling, revenue share possibilities and referral/recommendation relationships
  • Develop Strategy and present idea to the stakeholders
  • Manage and Prioritize Product Backlog
  • Drive regular connects between development and business team to support the successful delivery of the development and testing phases of Agile development cycle.
  • Evaluate product development progress at each iteration and provide inputs for the improvement
  • Maintain & Own Product Artefacts - Product FDD's Call Flows, API's etc.
Drive : Lead Nurturing
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and be a trusted advisor throughout their buying journey
  • Qualify leads through details meetings, needs assessment and fit
  • Guide the qualified prospects to effectively move them through the sales pipeline, providing value and addressing their pain points
  • Focus on establishing and maintaining high-level executive relationships with the qualified accounts
Orchestrate : Pre-Sales
  • Coordinate & ensure the effective delivery of pre-sales activities as per the client expectations, making relevant teams responsible for : response submissions, capability presentations and product demonstrations
  • Act as a point of contact to navigate product/service-related follow up queries and overcome objections during the sales process
Participate : Sales Closure
  • Create proposals & pricing recommendations that will lead to high likelihood of acceptance
  • Follow-up on proposals and mediate contract negotiations with prospective customers in collaboration with Sales Director
  • Actively collaborate with both parties to drive sales closure
Job Location
  • This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the United States
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in tech-sales relating to enterprise-level solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of generating new business within insurance industry (Payers, TPAs, PBMs, Provider Groups, Hospital Systems)
  • Deep understanding of administrative processes, and pain points within insurance industry
  • Ability to penetrate and reach out to executive-level decision-makers
  • Experience selling complex tech to HealthTech, InsurTech is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Trade Shows, Conferences, Industry Meeting to showcase products and services
  • Consultative, value-proposition/business case-driven sales methodology experience
  • Articulate, persuasive, and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work and act independently and be pro-active
  • Ability to travel as business needs requires
