We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to support a leading healthcare organization. This is a remote, full-time position that offers the opportunity for growth and long-term employment with one of the most respected names in the industry.
Position Type: Temp to Hire with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Company!
Location: Remote (Must reside in UT, GA, FL, AZ)
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Start Date: September 2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday, possible weekends, must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST

What You'll Do...
  • Handle high volume inbound calls.
  • Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
  • Review and gather patient billing, insurance, and medical information.
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems.
  • Work with insurance carriers to help patients access medication coverage.
What We're Looking For...
  • At least 12 months of recent call center experience.
  • Ability to commit to the full schedule with no time off during the first 90 days.
  • A quiet, professional remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem connection REQUIRED .
  • Mobile hot spots are not accepted
