*What You’ll Do*
* Deliver preventive and restorative care to pediatric patients
* Perform fillings, crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, and early ortho screenings
* Educate patients and parents on oral health and hygiene
* Create a calm, positive experience for every child
*What You’ll Get*
* *Daily Guarantee:* $1,000–$1,200 (in perpetuity)
* *Production Pay:* 35% of net production
* *Retention Bonus:* Up to $60,000 over 2 years
