- Skilled in PHP/ IOP
- Full-time Perm
- All Age ranges
- Schedule Discussed with Client - I/P Center open 24-Hours
- Call is Rotating and Discussed with Medical Director
- PPD on Average 8-10
- Licensed in Wisconsin
- EMR - Cerner
- Salary (Negotiable - MGMA guidelines)
