We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS/MLS/MT) to join our team in Buffalo, NY . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding healthcare environment, performing critical laboratory tests that support patient care and diagnosis.
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and blood banking.
  
• Analyze and interpret test results, providing accurate information to physicians and healthcare providers.
  
• Ensure that laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly to meet operational standards.
  
• Prepare and process specimens, ensuring proper documentation and handling in compliance with protocols.
  
• Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control procedures, maintaining a safe and clean laboratory environment.
  
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  
• Participate in quality improvement activities, ensuring that lab processes meet the highest standards.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
  

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) , Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) , or Medical Technologist (MT) required.
  
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
  
• Valid state licensure as required.
  
• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
  
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with healthcare teams.
