We are looking for a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our River North Procedural team!
The pay range for this position is $50-$60/hr , commensurate with experience.
Please note: This position is not available as per-diem . APPs do not work in surgery or post-op care and do not independently manage patients via medical management. Board certification is not required , but an active Illinois license is.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Conducts medical evaluations, histories, physical assessments, and orders diagnostic tests within scope.
  • Performs ultrasound evaluations, intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), saline sonograms, and other diagnostics within scope.
  • Educates and supports patients through all phases of fertility treatment, including medication counseling.
  • Collaborates with physicians, nurses, embryology, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care.
  • Maintains accurate and timely electronic medical records per policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participates in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assists with other clinical and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current and active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Illinois.
  • 1-2 years of experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or reproductive endocrinology preferred.
  • Experience in infertility or procedural care highly desirable.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about reproductive healthcare and helping families grow.
