Key Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-resolution diagnostic images for physician assessment
- Partner with radiologists and the healthcare team to achieve accurate diagnoses
- Position patients effectively and adjust equipment for maximum imaging quality
- Prioritize radiation safety protocols for patients and staff alike
- Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Offer compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience
- Contribute to a structured, secure, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
- Graduate from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or capability to secure it within 90 days of hire
- Knowledgeable in diagnostic imaging procedures and safety practices
- Strong communication abilities with patients and clinical staff
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while adapting to rapidly changing scenarios
- Detail-oriented mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
- Technological savvy with PACS, RIS, and state-of-the-art imaging software
