- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Managing appointment scheduling and confirming bookings.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintaining and updating patient records with precision and attention to detail.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
We're looking for a receptionist who combines outstanding organizational skills with a warm, client-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service reception role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software (experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus).
