Our Housekeepers, working directly with the Housekeeping Supervisor, have a vital role in the smooth running of our facility, providing the highest quality, sanitary and pleasant surroundings for our residents. These individuals follow and emulate the highest standards of excellence for the entire housekeeping team, which are reflected, every day, in the attractive, clean and maintained rooms, common areas and offices throughout our organization.

Our Housekeepers, working directly with the Housekeeping Supervisor, have a vital role in the smooth running of our facility, providing the highest quality, sanitary and pleasant surroundings for our residents. These individuals follow and emulate the highest standards of excellence for the entire housekeeping team, which are reflected, every day, in the attractive, clean and maintained rooms, common areas and offices throughout our organization.
- Cleans, dusts, wipes down individual resident/patient rooms and apartments per approved schedule and Duty List. Cleans and empties trash containers, waste baskets, transporting waste to disposal area; replaces light bulbs as needed.
- Cleans all bathrooms and restrooms daily; washes walls, baseboards, countertops, shelves, toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, scales; replenishes paper and personal hygiene products.
- Changes bed and bath linens, cubicle curtains; on request makes beds between linen changes, turns mattress as needed.
- Minimum Required Education: Ability to read, understand and speak English fluently.
- Minimum Required Experience: At least 1 year housekeeping experience. Prefer experience in continuing care facility for the elderly.
- Minimum Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members; ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to work well as a team member; ability to problem-solve.
