Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation Location :
Beverly Hills, CA | Job Type : Full-time | Salary : $140,000 - $225,000 / year (commensurate with experience) About Us We are a premier plaintiff's law firm based in Los Angeles with over 20 years of success advocating for victims of personal injury. We are committed to securing justice for our clients and are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial. Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and client communication. Provide legal counsel on cases including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product liability. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and maximize client outcomes. Draft legal documents, conduct research, and participate in settlement negotiations and ADR. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the California Bar. Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines. Commitment to client service and ethical advocacy. Why Join Our Firm?
