Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CPQ Techno-functional Consultant to join their team. As a Dynamics 365 CPQ Techno-functional Consultant, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics 365 CPQ and Quote-to-Invoice implementations. Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for quoting, pricing, invoicing, and returns management. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture, business rules, and workflows. Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules including CPQ, Sales and Invoicing, and B2B Returns. Define and execute test plans including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
What's Needed?
15+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise sales and finance processes. 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. 7+ years of experience in Quote-to-Invoice processes including pricing, invoicing, and returns. Strong techno-functional knowledge in CPQ and related Dynamics 365 Sales and Finance modules. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance, or Power Platform.
