Litigation Attorney - LAW3002
Houston, TX (Remote with Some Travel)
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to oversee and manage a busy El Paso litigation docket. This is a
remote position
and all necessary resources will be provided to establish your home office. Our firm offers a collaborative environment, proven processes for success, and strong opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities :
Manage client communications and maintain case calendar / docket system
Negotiate with insurance companies
Prepare clients for depositions and conduct defendant / expert depositions
Attend court hearings, mediations, status conferences, docket calls, pre-trial, and trial
Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, deposition notices, and discovery materials
Collaborate with partner attorneys on case strategy and progress
Handle a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines
Provide regular case status updates
Apply established case management processes Qualifications :
Qualifications :
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Remedies Code, and Rules of Evidence
Experience with eFiling via Txcourts.gov
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to Houston for onboarding, training, and team events Why is This a Great Opportunity :

Salary : $120,000 $250,000 (commensurate with experience. Open to beginners or seniors)
