Litigation Attorney Associate

Job Description Wirtz Law is seeking a full-time litigation attorney to join California’s best consumer protection firm. Located in San Diego, CA, you will take on multi-national automakers and distributors to fight for clients’ rights. Join a growing, vibrant, and diverse trial team. Your responsibilities will include : Written discovery Depositions Law and motion work Court appearances Trial preparation and participation Associates at Wirtz Law learn to produce results by working in a team environment. Qualifications : Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school 1-3+ years experience Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Litigation practices Eagerness to specialize in California Lemon Law Desire to represent individual plaintiffs against automakers General automotive industry knowledge is not necessary Passion for litigation and advocacy for consumers Bilingual Spanish is a plus Successful attorneys at Wirtz Law are motivated, self-directed, curious, and exercise good judgment. Strong research, writing, oral communication skills, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
