Digital Strategist Social Media & Growth

who can

own and scale our digital footprint

across multiple channels. Youll craft and execute strategies that engage senior decision-makers, elevate brand authority, and drive measurable revenue impact for both Tribeca Softech and our portfolio companies. Youll be working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where creativity meets execution and where your work directly influences the trajectory of emerging tech companies. Build & Execute Multi-Channel Digital Strategies : Develop content and campaigns that position our clients as industry leaders. Lead Social Media Growth : Manage and scale engagement across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms to reach executive audiences. Data-Driven Optimization : Leverage advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and marketing automation tools to measure, iterate, and maximize impact. Thought Leadership & Brand Storytelling : Partner with founders and executives to create high-impact narratives that win attention and market share. Growth Experiments : Run A/B tests, growth hacks, and creative campaigns to discover new levers for engagement and conversion. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Proven Experience : 5+ years in digital strategy, social media marketing, and analytics, ideally with exposure to

high-growth startups

or early-stage scaling environments. Advanced Tool Stack : Expert in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Google Analytics 4, Figma/Canva, and generative AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.). Strategic & Tactical Mastery : Able to set vision while executing with precision balancing creativity with measurable results. MBA or Equivalent Experience : Formal business education or demonstrated experience working directly with executives in

scaling revenue from zero to millions . Storytelling Ability : Can distill complex tech concepts into compelling, conversion-driven content. Early-Stage Grit : Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can prioritize what moves the needle. What we Offer Competitive Comp Package : $125K$165K base + performance bonuses.
