Project Manager
Responsibilities : Full Operational Oversight Manage and refine all aspects of commercial roofing operations, from estimating & bidding to project execution & close out. Strategic Growth & Process Optimization Improve workflows, systems, and efficiencies across sales, project management, and field operations. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and manage field superintendents, and crews to ensure top-tier execution and culture. Customer & Vendor Relations Act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Financial & Performance Accountability Control budgets, labor costs, material orders, and job profitability while ensuring all projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. Safety & Compliance Maintain the highest safety standards, oversee training, and ensure regulatory compliance at all job sites. Commercial Roofing Project Manager Requirements: Expert-Level Commercial Roofing Knowledge Deep understanding of estimating, bidding, and executing commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, BUR, etc.). Proven Leadership in Operations Experience leading in commercial roofing, construction, or a related industry. Strong People Management A leader who can develop, motivate, and manage high-performing teams. Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to communicate across all levels, internally and externally, to drive efficiency and execution. Data-Driven & Results-Oriented Skilled in financial oversight, budgeting, and optimizing margins while maintaining high-quality output. Tech-Savvy & Process-Minded Comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
