ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Agency & Project Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies for social media, PR, influencer, paid digital, SEO, SEM, and retail marketing efforts. Assist with agency-led initiatives, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring brand consistency. Gather and organize digital marketing performance reports, revenue trends, and campaign analytics to provide actionable insights.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Support social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement. Monitor and manage social media interactions, escalating key trends or concerns as needed. Assist with tracking campaign performance, influencer collaborations, and paid ad effectiveness, to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the agency to explore new social media tools, ad formats, and engagement strategies. Support the setup and maintenance of social commerce platforms (e.g., Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop).
E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
Assist in the maintenance and updating of e-commerce platforms and digital storefronts to optimize sales and user experience. Support email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation and campaign execution. Gather and organize e-commerce and marketing data, consolidating reports to track KPIs and revenue trends. Keep informed about e-commerce regulations and industry best practices.
Retail & Influencer Marketing
Collaborate with internal teams, retail partners and agency teams to execute in-store promotions and digital-retail campaigns. Support influencer marketing efforts, including product seeding, content collaborations, and performance tracking.
General Marketing & Administrative Support
Help manage digital asset coordination and fulfillment of product orders for PR, influencer, and promotional initiatives. Assist with organizing multiple marketing projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and execution timelines. Support additional marketing projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Project management experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce. Experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, influencer marketing, and paid digital campaigns. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, external vendors, and internal team needs. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social commerce (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop), SEO tools, and performance marketing analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with project management tools is a plus. Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital advertising metrics. Email marketing experience is a plus, including campaign creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, web design, photography, and video editing skills are a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data, consumer trends, and e-commerce revenue performance. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with agency partners and internal teams.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in digital marketing, communications, business or other related degree and/or a minimum of one year related experience required. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Entry-level candidates or those with less direct experience are encouraged to apply. Were willing to train the right candidate for a junior-level position.
