USPI St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for departmental functions in support of the center mission, vision, and facility goals. This position establishes effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors. The Nurse Manager identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer satisfaction and employee involvement. The Nurse Manager works with Senior Management in meeting center goals. Oversees Pre-op/PACU; assists in Pre-op/PACU as necessary. Responsibilities: Competencies and responsibilities associated with each position are a combination of hospital-wide and department-specific standards. The department-specific standards include competencies appropriate to the ages of the customers served. The employee's competencies are evaluated on an ongoing basis and formally documented at least annually as part of the Performance Appraisal process.
