$200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Winston Fox Senior Software Engineer with primary skills in C# .NET, Java or Scala, sought to join a brand-new engineering function tasked with building greenfield Post-Trade Products from the ground-up. Our client is a world-class Quantitative Research and Engineering firm, operating as part of a wider Hedge Fund and Private Equity group. Following two senior hires of industry leaders in the Buy Side Treasury space, they are now hiring a team of four local Senior Software Engineers in Stamford, Connecticut. The target architecture includes .NET Core, Scala, Python, and TypeScript / Angular; spanning server-side components, HPC / Computation platform, and User Interfaces. The team will collaborate closely with Quantitative Research, Trading Technology Engineering, and Business Heads. Requirements 5+ years of commercial experience developing high-quality software in a modern Object-Oriented language such as C#, Java, or Scala. Strong Computer Science fundamentals and modern Software Engineering practices. Front End experience with Angular, React, WPF, or similar frameworks is preferred. Relevant project experience in Hedge Fund Treasury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Hedge Fund Research and Engineering team and deliver a top-tier platform from scratch.
