Vice President of Organic Media
for the 2026 election cycle. This senior leadership role will drive our strategy to shape the political narrative through all organic channels, ensuring our research findings and stories reach — and move — the public through trusted messengers, influencers, journalists, and communities. As a member of the senior staff, the Vice President of Organic Media will partner closely with the President, Vice President of Research and Vice President of Paid Media to integrate earned, owned, and digital media into our broader organizational strategy. This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Primary Responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance team aligned around clear goals and measurable results.
Narrative Deployment: Work with opposition research, tracking, and media monitoring teams to transform findings into compelling stories with political impact.
Channel Leadership: Oversee strategy across traditional media, social media, partisan media, podcasts, streaming, sub-communities, and emerging platforms.
Relationship Building: Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with journalists, content creators, influencers, and community leaders with organic audiences.
Innovation & Experimentation: Identify, test, and scale new tactics for earned media and audience engagement.
Serve as a member of senior staff and work with the organization's leadership team to establish strategic direction for communications and messaging.
Present narratives and strategy to partners; work with partners on an ongoing basis to meet their communications needs.
Skills and qualifications required: Multiple cycles of Democratic electoral experience.
Proven track record of building and driving winning narratives in high-stakes environments.
Experience managing and developing high-performing communications teams.
Strong understanding of how political information and spin spread in the modern media ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will: Have a relentless drive to innovate beyond the status quo in Democratic communications.

Excel at identifying and leveraging organic audience networks for maximum political impact.
