Director, Healthcare Card Operations As Director, Healthcare Card Operations, you will be a leader in the Fidelity Healthcare Operations team, providing subject matter expertise in the Enterprise Healthcare Card domain. You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive Card operations program for HSA and Reimbursement products. You will serve as the operations and service leader, designing the end-to-end Card Operations model, working with internal partners and external vendors, and developing operational tools that support integration and process efficiency. You will establish the blueprint for service components, systems requirements, business processes, vendor integration, and key features for the Healthcare Card Operations department. Responsibilities include overseeing reconciliation, analysis, reporting, compliance, card production, inventory, and issue management. This role is part of the Healthcare Operations organization, collaborating with Product, Service, and Operations teams to develop and expand Healthcare Card capabilities. Qualifications: 10+ years in Card Operations, Financial Operations, and Program Management with a proven track record. Leadership experience, analytical skills, and deep understanding of card operations, regulations, and payment systems. Expertise in card issuance, transaction processing, fraud management, and dispute resolution. Knowledge of Fidelity products, services, and multi-product operations preferred. Core knowledge of HSA and Reimbursement Account products. Skills: Operational development, process re-engineering, and documentation skills. Ability to translate requirements into operational solutions and develop scalable tools. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills within Fidelity. Vendor research and platform understanding. Leadership, mentoring, organizational, and time management skills. Fidelity internal systems knowledge (preferred). What You Will Deliver: Program oversight and operational leadership. Operational and service development aligned with future needs. Product enhancements and deployment planning. Clear communication across teams. Problem resolution and vendor management. Certifications:
