Zions Wealth Management, a division within the bank, offers comprehensive financial services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses, including personalized investment strategies, financial and estate planning, succession planning, and risk management. Our focus is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth with expert guidance through complex financial situations. We are seeking a dedicated Wealth Market Manager for our teams in Irvine, California, or Houston, Texas. This role involves leading our wealth advisory services, building client relationships, coaching advisors, and ensuring compliance and achievement of goals. The team includes investment managers, retail, community, private, and commercial bankers. Responsibilities include: Leading the wealth advisory services business and ensuring comprehensive investment services to clients. Partnering with affiliate leadership to grow the business through client introductions. Focusing on retail, commercial, and private banking sectors. Coaching and mentoring wealth advisors. Participating in joint client/prospect calls. Monitoring team performance and guiding on engagement strategies for HNW and UHNW clients. Promoting financial planning with clients and collaborating with other wealth professionals. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Developing new advisory business and managing complex accounts. Handling personnel decisions in partnership with leadership. Onboarding new hires effectively. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of advisory management or related experience. Leadership experience required. Combination of education and experience acceptable. Strategic thinker with team motivation skills. Experience in budgeting and project management. Advanced knowledge of wealth advisory and management. Applying advanced principles and contributing to new concepts. Strong understanding of banking and financial services. Series 7, 63, 65, and General Lines Insurance Agent licenses required; CFP preferred. This position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $235,000 annually, based on experience and location.
