Employee Experience Program Manager II

Your Impact

The Employee Experience Program Manager II will play a key role on the Culture team by elevating Axon’s workplace culture and employee engagement. With their positive energy and thirst for creating an outstanding employee experience, he/she will be instrumental in influencing our recognition programs, orchestrating memorable events, and managing vendor partnerships, all with the goal of creating an inspiring and inclusive environment where our team can thrive and feel truly valued.

What You’ll Do

Location:

Hybrid (2-3 days / week) Scottsdale Office

Reports to: Senior Director, Culture

Employee Recognition Programs: Lead the development strategy and management of global initiatives that recognize and reward our employees. Culture Captain Network: Support Axon’s global culture carrier program by supporting events, cultivating a sense of community, and continuing to grow the network. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining effective partnerships to support various employee experience initiatives. Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience and recognition programs by collecting/reviewing data and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Artificial Intelligence: Oversee strategy and implementation of employee intelligence analytics. Culture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align employee experience initiatives with overall business objectives and culture. Event Support (planning and execution) in Scottsdale Additional programs as they come up

What You Bring

4+ years working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideally within employee experience, human resources, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and managing employee recognition programs. Exceptional writing skills that captivate and engage. You have the ability to gather information efficiently and convey it compellingly. Top-notch organizational abilities, adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and delivering results in a high-energy setting. Demonstrated success in supporting and executing employee-facing events - from planning to day-of coordination and post-event feedback. Comfortable diving into ambiguous projects, quickly identifying structure, defining goals, and delivering impact without a detailed playbook. A deep passion for fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, aligned with Axon's mission and values. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the organization. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow alongside the company. Experience in graphic design and/or brand design is a plus.

Work Location:

This role is based out of our Scottsdale, AZ location and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
