The segment offers energy distribution systems and solutions for utility and EPC markets, including medium voltage switchgear, outdoor circuit breakers, PV inverters, and more, to meet the technical needs of today’s and tomorrow’s power grids. Position Overview:
This hybrid role based in Wendell, NC, involves managing multiple projects within the Utility Systems & Solutions segment, focusing on medium voltage switchgear. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution from initiation to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Lead all project phases from inception to completion. Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans. Communicate expectations and updates effectively to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues, manage customer expectations, and lead diagnostics and corrective actions. Collaborate with other teams to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 10+ years of relevant project management experience. PMP certification. 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Skills:
Experience in competitive markets, cost-saving initiatives, excellent communication, familiarity with Siemens products, and success in improving project efficiency. Benefits and Compensation:
Health benefits, salary range $107,520 - $184,320, with a 10% target bonus, based on experience and location. Additional Information:
