The ADSP is a rotational program providing entry-level talent with practical work experience through project-based rotations across various teams within Apple. Upon completion, ADSPs transition into non-rotating technical roles. Responsibilities include: Translating ambiguous business problems into technical solutions by collaborating with business partners to design, develop, deploy, and maintain data science-driven solutions that influence key business decisions. Creating tools to support self-service analytics, geospatial analytics, automated disaster recovery, self-healing data pipelines, real-time reporting, and decision support systems. Developing, deploying, and supporting machine learning models that respond in real-time or for forensic analysis against various threats to Apple’s ecosystem. Applying data science to core finance processes to automate tasks such as forecasting, accruals, accounting entries, risk mitigation, and more. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related Engineering field. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java preferred). Practical experience with querying languages like SQL and extracting insights from complex datasets, gained through work, coursework, or personal projects. Understanding of data modeling, data structures, and machine learning algorithms. Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing machine learning solutions to solve real-world problems. Experience with big data technologies such as MapReduce, Spark, S3, or Data Lake. Effective communication skills to translate complex concepts into business-focused solutions. Strong collaboration skills, meticulousness, and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. At Apple, compensation includes base pay within a range, opportunities for growth, and additional benefits such as stock programs, medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, educational reimbursement, and more.
