Our experienced HVAC Installation Leads serve our customers throughout the Phoenix Valley area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits
On Target Earnings: $70,000-150,000
Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance

Responsibilities
Service customer homes within the Phoenix metro
Install HVAC and ancillary systems in customer homes including:
Furnaces A/C Systems Ductwork Humidifiers
Work alongside and coach HVAC Install Apprentices Preferred Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Prior experience developing an Apprentice Basic hand and power tools required to complete installation work Experience with the start-up of multiple system types Requirements 2 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
EPA Type II Certification Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly over the course of the workday Location : 4360 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler AZ 85226 Hours : 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday, Rotating Saturdays
