This position includes supporting the Vytal sales team with all aspects of opportunity development, project estimating and client coordination. About the Role Analyzes construction project requirements and prepares detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources. They work with the internal Vytal Team and external resources including Clients, project managers, engineers, consultants and contractors/subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids. This role involves reviewing project plans, visiting sites, compiling material lists, and managing the bidding process. Key Responsibilities Analyzing project documents:

Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to understand project requirements. Estimating costs:

Calculating material quantities, labor hours, equipment costs, and other expenses for various construction trades. Preparing bids:

Developing detailed cost estimates and proposals for construction projects. Managing bids:

Soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating prices, and preparing comprehensive bid packages. Visiting construction sites:

Assessing site conditions, accessibility, and logistics to inform cost estimates. Maintaining records:

Keeping accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs. Communicating with stakeholders:

Collaborating with project managers, engineers, owners, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Providing support:

Assisting with change orders, cost tracking, and other project-related tasks. Staying current:

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, material costs, and construction methods. Qualifications Strong analytical and mathematical skills:

To accurately calculate material quantities and costs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

To effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present estimates. Proficiency in construction software : Such as estimating software, takeoff tools, and project management systems. Knowledge of construction methods and materials: T o understand the technical aspects of projects. Attention to detail:

To ensure accuracy in estimates and bids. Ability to work under pressure:

To meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Problem-solving skills:

To identify and address potential cost issues. Experience in construction or a related field:
