Senior Product Manager - Claims Solutions

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep insurance domain knowledge, strong technical fluency, and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between our engineering, data science, and client-facing teams—driving the development of innovative claims solutions across the P&C insurance space. You won’t just gather requirements; you’ll challenge them, refine them, and translate them into smart, strategic product decisions. You’ll need to be as comfortable digging into technical conversations with developers as you are thinking big-picture with executives. This is a great role for someone with auto bodily injury and/or workers’ comp claims experience, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table. This is a fully remote opportunity. How you will make an impact: Lead product strategy and execution for claims tools across multiple P&C lines Partner with clients, sales, and service teams to identify opportunities, collect feedback, and shape the product roadmap Present product concepts and roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external clients, including at the executive level Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and data teams Engage in deep technical conversations with software developers, data engineers, and data scientists — and serve as a translator between business and technical stakeholders Drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery Proactively identify and solve complex business problems using creativity and strategic thinking Balance technical feasibility, customer impact, and business priorities Skills needed to succeed: 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment Must have direct experience in auto bodily injury and/or workers’ compensation claims Ability to engage confidently with engineering and data teams; fluency in technical discussions Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts A track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments A creative, confident, and collaborative mindset — you bring your own point of view, can navigate differing opinions, and think beyond the immediate ask Working knowledge of AI/ML, data pipelines, software architecture, or tools like Python is a plus Passion for solving real-world problems with practical, data-driven solutions What We Offer: A fun, team-oriented startup culture.
