Technology Organizational Change Management team
seeks
an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader. Are you

You’ll
Be Doing: As
a
Tech at
Lilly
OCM Lead, you will
report to the Sr Director
of
Technology Organizational Change Management
. You will
be instrumental in developing and executing change management strategies and plans that ensure all employees' successful implementation and use of
tech
solutions.
You will work with our
Tech
organization, leaders, governance committees,
global communications,
etc., on change initiatives supporting
tech
adoption for the entire Lilly enterprise, from the discovery to development to manufacturing and commercialization of our
medicines. You will
be responsible for
defining the structure and approach for change management activities, which includes
identifying
and assessing potential risks and barriers to adoption and developing mitigation plans.

expertise
to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for

Leverage technology to
streamline the development of OCM content, training, and communication materials.
You will
identify
and assess potential risks and barriers to adoption and develop mitigation plans.
You will help develop effective communication and training plans by partnering with cross-functional teams
(e.g.,
Tech at Lilly
Communications Team)
and product owners.
By acting as a change champion and
advocating
for
Tech
adoption throughout the organization, you will develop and
leverage
strong relationships with leaders to manage
change
.
You
will
be responsible for
establishing
success metrics and feedback to evaluate adoption, engagement, and business impact of tech initiatives
,
plans
,
and adjust as needed.
You will
use your technical experience to guide and coach project teams and others on change management
best practices
.
You will right-size change efforts to meet the needs of the change and help drive change readiness and agility within the organization
.
What You Should Bring: Extensive experience leading change, communication
,
and training efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations.
Prior
experience delivering projects and navigating client-facing environments.
Strong understanding of monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans
.
Proven ability to implement
change management
methodology
and apply it as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side
of
change driven by a transformation initiative.
Demonstrated understanding in gaining executive sponsorships, managing stakeholders, defining stakeholder impacts, driving stakeholder awareness, and guiding business engagement (champions /super users / late adopters
).
Desire
to
e
stablish
and maintain relationships with all levels across the company and external partners.

Experience in health care, pharma

5-7+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
