About the Role Join our FinTech engineering team to own the front‑end of a comprehensive business‑loan application that powers thousands of small‑business funding requests every month. You’ll architect high‑performance experiences in Next.js , React, Vercel, and Firebase while weaving together deep integrations with Salesforce CRM, DocuSign e‑signature flows. Your work will turn a complex, multi‑step lending process into a fast, intuitive journey that delights merchants and streamlines internal underwriting. Responsibilities End‑to‑end feature ownership - Design, build, test, and ship loan‑application flows from intake form, document‑upload UI, signing, and to portals for merchants and our partners — using Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase, and Vercel. Integrate critical services: Salesforce: Read/write lead and document objects via REST APIs. DocuSign: Embed DocuSign capabilities to enable our customers to sign their applications, send reminders, and manage envelopes. Plaid: Integrate with Plaid to seamlessly connect to our customers’ bank accounts. Leverage Vercel platform - Configure Vercel projects and environments to host our application. Data modeling in Firestore - Structure multi‑tenant collections for application progress, audit trails, and role‑based permissions; design security rules to protect PII and financial data. Elevate UI/UX quality - Partner with product designers to translate Figma prototypes into pixel‑perfect, responsive interfaces; run quick usability tests and A/B experiments to refine flows. Mentorship & collaboration - Pair with product designers and other engineers to refine requirements, run design reviews, and level‑up engineering standards across the org. Qualifications 5+ years building production web apps with React + TypeScript. 3+ years with Next.js. Hands‑on experience deploying and operating applications on Vercel. Experience with RESTful API design/consumption and HTTP caching semantics. Experience with NoSQL datastore (Firestore, DynamoDB) and real‑time updates. Experience integrating with Salesforce and DocuSign. Proficiency in automated testing and CI/CD pipelines using Vercel and GitHub integration. Required Skills Experience with AWS Amplify for full-stack React/TypeScript apps. Prior work on AI/ML‑enabled user experiences and analytics dashboards. Familiarity with Generative AI and Chatbots. Prior exposure to FinTech or CRM/marketing technology domains. Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR). Preferred Skills Own and work on cutting-edge AI, state-of-the-art web application and portal that impacts thousands of small businesses.
