TikTok . The Brand Ads Team builds technologies that unlock business growth potential. This team owns several ad products: reservation ads, auction ads, and innovative content ads that enable advertisers and users to foster brand awareness and achieve business goals. We work on the end-to-end ads delivery tech stack, including bidding, ranking, and forecasting. We leverage strong problem-solving skills and algorithm understanding to build systems with high performance, scalability, and availability. You will partner closely with global engineering and product teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2026. Create innovative monetization products that drive engagement and business outcomes. Develop highly scalable services powering new ad products for billions of requests, optimizing monetization efficiency with product engineering and machine learning technologies. Collaborate with strategy teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define products and drive initiatives from an engineering perspective. Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms; proficient in at least one coding language (e.g., Go, Javascript, Java, C++). Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure; strong ownership. Curiosity for new technologies and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:
The annual base salary range is $115,200 - $231,000, depending on factors like qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Additional bonuses, incentives, and stock units may be available. Benefits:
