Position Summary : The Sr. Digital Product Manager is responsible for the ongoing strategy development of new and existing digital capabilities with a focus on Automotive Leasing. A core partner with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and present strategic vision that includes the product roadmap. The position is key in planning and coordinating the creation of value-based automation that enhances customer, dealer, and agent experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Actively partner with business groups to develop, maintain, and present the strategic vision that includes the product roadmap. Provides an end-to-end and holistic view of how specific business processes and internal system configurations impact that experience. Performs market research, benchmarking, evaluate technology trends, form strategic business partnerships, translate digital product vision into a product roadmap and execute that product roadmap to deliver the best-in-class digital experiences. Leverages data and an understanding of the business to ensure new and existing digital products manage risk while providing our customers, dealers, and agents with great digital experiences. Makes proactive recommendations for product strategies that are linked to business strategies and reflect awareness of the market. Manages multiple initiatives that are at different stages within the Stellantis Financial Services development lifecycle at a single time. Analyzes past enhancements and aid in creating testing plans to optimize experiences. Represents the customer, dealer, agent, and other stakeholder needs and requirements to drive feature implementation and development with associated technology teams. Stay current with developing technologies, market changes and compliance landscape to enhance the strategic journey. Map requirements for target markets and analyze the market segments to actively pursue. Define the archetypical users of your products or services. Aid business groups in creating business case documentation. Assist with product integrations from start to finish to ensure they meet business needs and fulfill business, reporting and scalability requirements. Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and ensure success metrics are being met. Identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on results. Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures. The position may necessitate availability for weekend assignments on occasion. Qualifications and Competencies Required
