Manage general ledger, AP/AR, expense reimbursements, and fixed assets. Coordinate annual audits and ensure the completeness of supporting documents and data. 2\Regulatory & Compliance Support Work closely with the compliance team to meet FinCEN, state MTL, and tax reporting requirements. Prepare financial reports for regulatory submissions, including capital adequacy filings. Support AML-related financial processes and customer fund segregation controls. 3\Treasury & Banking Relations Manage multi-currency accounts, including both USD and crypto transactions. Maintain relationships with banks and payment providers; support account opening, KYC, and audit needs. Optimize cash flow management and liquidity usage. 4\Budgeting & Internal Controls Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts; analyze budget variances. Provide cost and profitability analysis for new business lines (e.g., staking, OTC, trading products). Establish and maintain internal financial controls. 5\Cross-Functional Collaboration Support global finance center in reconciliation and settlements. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology teams to provide financial insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of financial management experience; background in exchanges, fintech, or internet companies preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and multi-state tax regulations; CPA qualification preferred. Experience managing both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. High level of responsibility and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Previous experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or financial institution. Direct interaction experience with regulators or auditors. Experience in IPO, M&A, or fundraising projects. Seniority level
