115K-135K Plus Benefits Contour Data Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer to join our Managed Services Technology Team. This role involves managing network infrastructure supporting customer applications in a 24x7x365 environment, focusing on performance tuning, automation, security, design, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet hardware, along with knowledge of servers, SAN switches, and SAN storage. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting network systems, providing technical input on projects, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement network solutions aligning with business needs and operational objectives. Maintain and optimize network performance, security, and capacity planning. Support and troubleshoot network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Lead project activities, including upgrades and new deployments. Provide escalation support and mentorship within the team. Qualifications: MSP experience required. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting large IP-based networks. Proficiency with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS) and network security practices. Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications preferred. Note:
