The Core Engineering team at eero is seeking an Android developer responsible for developing and maintaining our mobile application, which acts as the primary interface for customers to set up and manage their WiFi networks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to build new experiences and uphold high quality standards throughout our Android application.
Key job responsibilities
Lead projects and collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to develop innovative Android application experiences. Shape our product vision and develop engaging business and customer-facing Android features. Enhance and optimize existing software components to improve reliability, scalability, and flexibility. Diagnose and resolve customer-facing issues in our production applications. Mentor other engineers and help improve development processes to boost productivity and project predictability. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship) 3+ years of Android development experience 3+ years of experience with full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations Preferred Qualifications
