Job Summary: We are seeking a
Bilingual Data Scientist
who is fluent in both
English and Spanish
to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mining complex data sets, developing models, and delivering actionable insights to support business goals. This role involves collaborating with other IT professionals, adhering to data privacy standards, and leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Design and implement data models based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and interpret statistical data. Translate research data into actionable strategies and recommendations. Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations. Use techniques such as collaborative filtering, k-nearest neighbors, market basket analysis, and matrix factorization. Work with high-performance computing systems and proprietary software tools. Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years
of experience in a data science or related analytics role. Proficient in
Spanish and English —must be able to communicate fluently in both languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Hands-on experience with data mining techniques such as:
Clustering Regression Analysis Decision Trees Support Vector Machines (SVM)
Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments. Preferred Qualities:
Previous experience in an IT-focused data science role. Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards. Ability to work with cutting-edge technologies and high-performance computing environments.
