Senior Director, Marketing and Client Engagement Apply: Remote, Hybrid - Newton, MA Posted: Yesterday | Job Requisition ID: JR-126196 We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and brand-obsessed Senior Director of Client Marketing to lead and elevate our client employee registration and engagement strategy. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing marketing support programs that generate measurable interest in Bright Horizons services across all lines of business and brands. This role focuses on new client launches and driving client revenue through employee engagement strategies. You will lead the client marketing strategy and high-touch service processes to ensure clients have access to excellent marketing and benefits. The position requires a focus on revenue, continuous improvement, client service, and excellence, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days per week at our headquarters in Newton, MA. Responsibilities:

Provide leadership as a key decision-maker and program strategist on the CMM / CMS team. Develop strategies for new client and program launches to drive growth. Create scalable best practices for client marketing requests. Manage a marketing calendar integrating inbound and outbound efforts for a positive client experience. Drive client opt-ins with actionable plans and explain their importance to clients, CR, and the team. Develop and execute engaging events to enhance client engagement and awareness. Deliver benefits fairs and marketing materials, optimizing processes for better results. Collaborate across marketing teams to innovate and improve. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required 10+ years in marketing leadership, client marketing, sales enablement, or business development Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing budgets, strategies, and results for launches and events Proven ability to design integrated marketing programs supporting business growth Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with marketing tools and relationship management Success in creating campaigns that highlight a company's strengths Benefits:
