Save Job

About the role

As a Product Designer at Greenlite, you'll design user experiences for AI agents that help banks and fintechs fight financial crime at a massive scale. You'll work directly with our biggest customers—institutions serving over a billion people—creating interfaces that help compliance officers, fraud investigators, and analysts get their jobs done efficiently. This is a core design role.

You're an exceptional product designer who understands that enterprise users want to get in, do what they need to do, and get out. You'll map complex analyst workflows, design intuitive touchpoints across multi-step compliance processes, and create systems that feel more familiar than complex. You're not optimizing for time spent in app—you're crafting experiences that help financial institutions automate AML, sanctions screening, and fraud detection workflows. Please note: We work in-person Monday through Friday in our SF office.

What you'll do

Month 1:

Shadow customer calls with Engineers, Deployment Specialists and Account Executives to map user journeys

Create comprehensive workflow maps for your first major feature area

Master complex compliance workflows and understand analyst day-to-day operations

Month 2:

Own end-to-end user experience design for major bank and fintech deployments

Build and implement design systems that scale across complex enterprise workflows

Design prototypes that simplify sophisticated AI interactions into familiar patterns

Become the go-to expert for enterprise workflow optimization

Ongoing:

Map comprehensive user journeys for analysts performing complex compliance tasks

Design production interfaces that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise tools

Create scalable design patterns that work across different customer environments

Collaborate with Engineers, Deployment Specialists, Account Executives, and customers to turn workflow insights into shipped experiences

What we're looking for

Demonstrated excellence in designing enterprise software with complex workflows

User journey mapping expertise: Ability to map entire workflows, not just individual UI surfaces

Enterprise workflow understanding: Experience designing for enterprise users with complex, multi-step job functions

Prototyping skills: Strong ability to create working prototypes that demonstrate workflow solutions

Systems thinking: Can see the big picture of how users accomplish their goals across multiple touchpoints

Right polish level: Professional craft quality without over-indexing on consumer-style micro-interactions

Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working directly with engineering teams and customer-facing roles

Bonus points:

Experience designing for industries with complex workflows (finance, healthcare, logistics, agriculture, etc.)

Background in fintech, compliance, or heavily regulated industries

Experience with data-heavy interfaces and workflow automation tools

Previous work at high-growth B2B startups

About you

You're a product designer who thinks like a workflow engineer. You understand that great enterprise design means users can accomplish complex professional tasks without friction, not that they're delighted by every micro-interaction. You start projects by mapping the entire user journey, identifying all touchpoints, and then designing solutions that feel intuitive to people doing serious work. You're comfortable partnering with Engineers, Deployment Specialists, Account Executives, and Customers to understand both technical constraints and end-user needs. You want your design contributions to help financial institutions fight money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud more effectively. Compensation & Benefits
