**What You’ll Be Doing...**

Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship program.

As part of a highly visible team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring a dependable customer experience. Your training, peers, and leadership will provide opportunities to learn and apply new skills with various technologies to support organizational objectives and your personal growth.

Pursuing development of professional skills and technical knowledge through on-the-job experience and training. Partnering with senior engineers to provide timely and accurate technical assistance to internal and external customers. Applying technical knowledge to monitor and troubleshoot network issues. Providing on-call support to prevent service impacts during network events and outages. You’ll Need To Have

Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship program. Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience. Three+ years of relevant work experience. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night or overnight shifts. Even better if you have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand guidelines, policies, and identify improvement opportunities. Effective communication skills across diverse groups. Experience in troubleshooting, telecommunications, or related fields. Knowledge of network concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, etc.) and cloud/virtualization solutions. We encourage applications even if you don’t meet every preferred qualification.

**Work Location:** Hybrid (home + office, with at least 8 days/month in-office).

**Hours:** 40 hours/week.
