. This is a compelling opportunity for an estate planning associate who is seeking a more visible, impactful role within a collaborative team. You'll work closely with high-profile partners, receive direct client exposure, and contribute to cutting-edge planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, business owners, and charitable organizations. This role is ideal for someone looking to step out of the shadows and into a practice-building trajectory within a national platform that truly supports its associates. Estate Planning Attorney Duties: Draft estate planning documents for high-net-worth individuals, including wills, trusts, and business succession plans Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax matters Assist with probate and trust administration for taxable and non-taxable estates Draft charitable giving documents and advise tax-exempt organizations Prepare federal gift and estate tax returns Why join this national law firm?
