Responsibilities : Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property division, and more. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Attend court hearings and trials, representing clients with confidence and expertise. Requirements : JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California. 3-10 years of experience. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
