NEW IN | Insurance Defense Litigation Associate | Up to $165k + Bonus | Real Courtroom Experience | Flexible Partnership Track | Hybrid – Irvine, CA Base Salary: Up to $170k + Quarterly Bonuses Associates take on meaningful roles—including first- and second-chair trial positions. You’ll gain true hands-on litigation experience, not just sit on the sidelines. Engage with insurance carrier clients at every phase of litigation—strategy, communication, and resolution—ensuring exposure and growth in every case. Legacy of Stability and Mentorship Founded over 20 years ago, over 50% of the firm’s clients have remained with the firm since inception. Many attorneys have stayed 5, 10, or even 20+ years, showcasing the strength of the firm’s culture. Offering a truly supportive environment with shared success, peer mentorship, and open communication at its core. • Defend insurance carriers in complex litigation across key practice areas • Manage cases from inception to resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and depositions • Prepare for and participate in trials • Maintain direct, proactive communication with clients What You’ll Need: • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation • Experience in premises liability, transportation, construction defect, or product liability preferred • Excellent litigation and case management skills • Interest in client interaction and courtroom practice • Base Salary: Up to $170k |+ bonus • Quarterly bonus for all billable hours above 1,900/year • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance (~$6,600/year employer contribution) • 401(k) with Fidelity (no match) • Access to HSA, FSA, and additional optional plans • Cell phone reimbursement and MCLE/bar dues paid For a confidential and non-obligation call to learn more about this opportunity, please apply below or forward your resume to waisan@wearerevolution.co and we'll be happy to discuss this position in more detail.
