Job Summary: iSchoolConnect is a company that offers an advanced AI-driven solution to enhance the higher education landscape. They are seeking a Product Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of SaaS project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth and retention. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire lifecycle of SaaS project delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, profitable, and meet quality standards. • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and drive growth opportunities, upsell additional services, and ensure high customer retention. • Act as a primary contact for clients, providing proactive support, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional delivery team, fostering accountability, skill development, and excellence. • Establish and standardize delivery methodologies and processes, improving scalability and operational efficiency. • Identify potential project risks and work to mitigate them proactively, managing any escalations effectively. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including client satisfaction, project timelines, and account growth metrics. • Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and cost management, ensuring optimal delivery within financial parameters. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. • 5+ years in SaaS delivery, project management, or related field with a demonstrated record of account growth and client success. • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks. • Strong account management and communication skills with a client-focused approach. • Experience in KPI tracking, budget management, and process improvement. • Familiarity with SaaS tools, CRMs, and customer lifecycle management.
