InCourage vest therapy is designed for simple, safe, and effective airway secretion clearance for patients with a wide range of chronic respiratory conditions including cystic fibrosis, certain neuromotor/neuromuscular disorders, COPD, and bronchiectasis. Our Territory Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in clinic and hospital settings to support those who may benefit from the InCourage airway clearance therapy solution. RespirTech’s innovative products and exceptional service supports patients on their journey to better breathing.

Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding. Your role: Travel 2-3 days most weeks, 70% travels to see customers with your territory managers. Foster growth within your region and maintain positive relationships within existing accounts. Analyze and utilize data to coach, develop, so that Territory Managers can coordinate and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. This includes targeting, routing, and messaging. Complete training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve. Maintain accurate record keeping on prospective and active customer accounts. Performs other administrative duties as required. You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience 3+ years successful direct field sales leadership experience Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience Outside sales experience within this geography Experience selling to pulmonologists preferred Proficiency with analyzing sales data to implement a strategic selling plan You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $203,100 to $233,200 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
