Full-Time About the Opportunity: This is a senior-level supply chain leadership role within a top-tier defense and aerospace contractor. As Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, youll lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and acquisition activities from proposal through execution. This position is pivotal to aligning supply chain initiatives with program objectives, ensuring performance excellence across cost, schedule, and quality metrics. What Youll Do: Serve as subject matter expert and lead all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition lifecycle. Oversee program supply chain performance including cost, schedule, risk, and technical scope. Guide proposal support, engineering change analysis, and strategic sourcing aligned to business goals. Build and maintain key supplier relationships to meet corporate objectives for delivery, quality, and cost. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals across varying levels of experience. Drive cross-functional integration of supply chain into program development and execution. Manage contract negotiations including subcontracts, NDAs, teaming, and sole-source agreements. Execute supply chain transformation initiatives focused on process efficiency and innovation. Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status and supply chain KPIs to internal leadership and external customers. Support compliance with FAR/DFARS and small business engagement initiatives. What You Bring: Bachelors degree and 12+ years of related experience

(or 16+ years without a degree). Masters . Strong background in U.S. Government contracting , including experience with FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc. Proven leadership in supply chain and program performance management , including budgeting and EVMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort working in fast-paced, compliance-heavy environments. Strong negotiation and communication skills , with the ability to manage complex subcontracts. :

TS/SCI or DoD Secret clearance , Lean Six Sigma, prior leadership roles.
